Tia Loukkola is the Head of Innovation and Measuring Progress Division at the OECD. She leads the Centre for Education Research and Innovation (CERI), which focuses on emerging trends in education and aims to set a forward-looking and innovative agenda for a changing education landscape. OECD’s work on education indicators (INES) and elaboration of the OECD flagship publication of Education at Glance is also part of her portfolio.
